84 m² gîte on the first floor of an old country farmhouse, independent entrance by staircase (wide stone steps) with small balcony under a vine (west-facing, equipped with bistro table and chairs). Entrance to living room with vintage wood-burning stove (decorative) and cosy armchair, dining area and lounge with 50" TV, connected audio equipment, coffee table and two sofas. Underfloor heating. Large, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 1 with two 100x200cm beds, bedroom 2 with 1 160x200cm bed. Large bathroom accessible from the kitchen (4 steps) with walk-in shower and double basins. Separate WC.
Private garden to the rear of the gîte (east-facing) with terrace, accessible from the kitchen via a 5-step staircase. View of the Aravis mountains (mt Charvin). Former shed with storage and sports equipment (ping-pong table, etc.). Garden accessible from the road via a gate.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Linen and towels provided. Fiber-optic wifi Internet access. Non-smoking accommodation. Private parking in front of the gîte. Pets accepted on request from owners (no cat. 1 or 2 dogs or any other guard or defense dogs).
In the heart of a hamlet near Lac d'Annecy, Savoie (Ugine, Albertville) and at the gateway to the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park. Lake Annecy 12km, town of Annecy 29km, Annecy-Albertville cycle path 800m. Ski areas: Seythenex 13km, Aravis (Grand-Bornand/La Clusaz), Espace Diamant, Les Saisies 30km.

plume calme et authenticité
accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui, habitant la maison en face, sont toujours disponibles si besoin (petit cadeau de bienvenue, la confiture aux raisins un délice...). Maison dans un petit village authentique des Alpes, bien située près de la piste cyclable, terrain bien clos si vous avez un chien. Rien ne manque dans cette maison décorée avec des meubles de qualité, literie au top. Merci à eux pour notre semaine détente.

Pf Vacances printemps
Un très bon accueil à notre arrivée, une maison tout confort avec même des petits présents pour nos 2 jeunes enfants. L endroit est très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants et notre chien. Un très grand merci à vous pour cette prestation il ne manquait rien ! Au plaisir Perrine David

Pascal Chalet magnifique
Superbe séjour dans ce très beau chalet. Accueil par John qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Equipement très complet, grandes pièces, WIFI Fibre, Literie impeccable.
Emplacement entre Annecy et Ugine qui permet d'accéder à beaucoup de balades rapidement. Localisation très calme. Chauffage au sol.
Le jardin clos est aussi très agréable.

Mimi Quel bonheur
Tout est dit sur le porte clefs: "Le bonheur est dans ma maison". Je ne peux que louer nos hôtes sur leur gîte; propreté impeccable, mobilier de haute qualité ainsi que la literie. Tout contribue à se sentir instantanément très bien, en vacances dans un petit nid douillet. Merci aussi pour les échanges bien sympathiques que nous avons eu .Si nous revenons en Savoie, notre point de chute est tout trouvé et c'est avec une grande joie que nous reverrons nos propriétaires si accueillants.
