60m2 Holiday cottage on one level (1 step), on the garden level of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse, including the owners' living quarters and another small cottage upstairs.
The Holiday cottage has its own independent entrance.
It is composed as follows
- Living room with integrated kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area, sofa, TV).
- Mountain corner/ sleeping area with 1 bed 140x200cm + 1 Bunk beds 90x200 cm: this area communicates with the bedroom, shower room and toilet.
- Bedroom (1 king-size bed 180x200cm).
- Shower room (Italian shower).
- Separate toilet.

Hedge-wood terrace in front of Holiday cottage entrance (garden furniture, barbecue) + wooden terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking 30m from Holiday cottage (with possibility of unloading in front of Holiday cottage).
