Guest house located in the heart of the quiet village of Vaulx, in the Haute-Savoie countryside between Annecy and Rumilly. Two bedrooms for 2 people are available on the first floor of the house, each with a 160x200 cm bed, private bathroom and toilet, and wall-mounted TV. Access to a balcony/terrace shared by both rooms, with separation. Wifi access.
Breakfast served on the terrace in summer or in the kitchen/dining room on the first floor in winter. Shared TV available in the owners' living room on the first floor. Access to shared fridge and microwave. Baby equipment available on request. Washing machine and dryer available on request. Electric vehicle recharging (slow charge) available as an option.
Shared outdoor spa and hammam, boules. Several barbecues (gas, charcoal, flammekueche...) available. Garden with ornamental pond.
Parking available directly in front of the house (below) or in a second parking lot opposite. Enclosed garage for motorcycle, bicycle or small trailer.
Church nearby. 2km to Jardins Secrets. Water sports and leisure facilities in Rumilly 15km, Annecy and its lake 18km, Massif du Semnoz 28km (downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, aerial sports, etc.).
Grand Epagny shopping area 11km, Geneva 50km. Hiking and walking nearby. Bakery, restaurants in Sillingy 5km.

En + DE 40 années de" pratique GITES DE FRANCE ",ce séjour est sans conteste celui que l'on classera en premier. Vraiment une aubaine en terme d'acceuil et de qualité. Nous avons toujours bénéficier de prestations de qualité au cours de ces très nombreuses années ,mais la c'est vraiment la cerise sur le gateau. Nous y retournerons sans modération . Chapeau bas !!!

Vous avez envie d’être chouchouté ? Ça tombe bien Annie et Christian sont remarquables dans ce domaine. Les chambres ainsi que toute la maison sont aménagées avec goût et originalité, des trouvailles de chacun d’eux qui lui donnent un cachet exceptionnel et nous ne vous parlons pas du jardin que vous découvrirez avec émerveillement.

Grande chambre au-dessus du logement des propriétaires.

Wir wurden ungemein freundlich empfangen (Annie & Ihr Mann) halfen uns beim Ausladen des Gepäcks. Das Zimmer (mit einer riesigen Terrasse) ist unglaublich schön, das Frühstück am nächsten morgen war einfach nur UNGLAUBLICH, der
Mann von Annie präsentierte uns leckere Früchte aus seiner Heimat La Reunion sowie Unmengen von Leckereien. Wir haben uns mit den Gastgebern wunderschön unterhalten, die beiden SIND EINFACH UNSCHLAGBARE BOTSCHAFTER IHRES LANDES. Vor unserer Abfahrt haben die beiden uns noch geholfen unser Gepäck im Wagen zu verstauen. Der Abschied war sehr herzlich, es fiel uns schwer abzureisen, wir werden auf jeden Fall einen längeren Aufenthalt bei diesen netten Menschen planen.- Cleanliness

Castelroussins Séjour Mai 2025
Le séjour a été tout simplement extraordinaire. Annie et Christian sont des hôtes adorables, toujours souriants et d’une rare gentillesse .
Les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses, avec une vue époustouflante sur la nature. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme et reposant, idéal pour se ressourcer.
Le petit déjeuner était complet et délicieux, et Annie a même eu la délicatesse de l’adapter au régime alimentaire de notre fils, toujours avec le sourire et une bienveillance remarquable.
