67m2 gîte on the first floor of a house which also includes 2 other gîtes on the first floor (one gîte per level).
Access to the gîte is via a descending outside staircase.
Magnificent views of Mont Blanc from the living room (large window) and balcony. Beautiful chalet-style interior.
In the gîte: integrated kitchenette opening onto the living area (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm, crib), shower room, separate toilet.
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Towels can be rented.
Large private balcony with garden furniture (tables and chairs, parasol). Large shared parking lot 40 m away. Gîte ceiling height: 2.13 m.
A vast communal garden around the house is open to guests: you can enjoy your meals al fresco (barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, swing), or simply relax to the sound of the small stream overlooking the Mont-Blanc range.
