Magnificent view of Mont-Blanc for this gîte in a quiet and preserved area of Sallanches, at the gates of the Chamonix valley. Ideal location to shine on the Mont-Blanc sector, and more broadly, on the whole of Haute-Savoie. Skiing at 7km in winter (Combloux or Megève). Chamonix 35 minutes by car. Large landscaped park around the house.

67m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a house that also includes 2 other gîtes (one gîte per level).

Each gîte has its own independent entrance. Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase.
In the gîte: integrated kitchenette opening onto the living area (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Towels can be rented.
Private balcony with garden furniture (tables and chairs, parasol). Large shared parking lot 40 m away.
A vast communal garden around the house is open to guests: you can enjoy your meals al fresco (barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, swing), or simply relax to the sound of the small stream overlooking the Mont-Blanc range. In winter, sledges are available on request.
Sallanches town center and local shops 1.5km away. Shopping area 3km away.
Skiing 7km away in winter: Combloux ski area and Megève/Saint-Gervais (Princesse gondola).
Summer swimming at the Combloux biotope lake 4.5km away. Base de loisirs de Passy 7km away (swimming, go-karting).
