The gîte has its own independent entrance on the first floor.
In the gîte: fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (corner sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 x 2 beds 160x190cm), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Wifi Internet access. Underfloor heating.
Garden, private south-west-facing covered terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs), deckchairs and barbecue. Ski and bike room on terrace (secure). Parking in chalet courtyard.

Local shops 900 m away: mini-market, bakery, bar, restaurant.
Winter skiing: ski lifts, ticket booths and ski lessons 350m from the gîte (family resort of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval).
Shuttle bus 100 m away: link to the Grand-Massif Express in Samoëns.
The resort of Sixt is linked to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle bus, and you can ski back to the resort from the Cascades slope (depending on snow conditions).
Numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails depart from the gîte (e.g. Cascade du Rouget, Cascade de Sales...).
Rafting and white-water sports 1km away (gorge des Tines). Rock climbing and via ferrata.
Fer-A-Cheval Nature Reserve parking lot 7km away (10 minutes by car).
