A 51m² single-story holiday cottage located in a private wing of the owner’s Chalet.
The holiday cottage has its own separate entrance. Another independent holiday cottage is located at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Entryway, bedroom 1 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (TV, sofa bed providing a comfortable extra bed, 140x190 cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower, toilet).
End-of-stay cleaning, towels, and sheets are included (beds made on arrival).
Wifi Internet. On-site parking.
The holiday cottage has two private terraces (garden furniture, umbrella, lounge chairs). City gas heating (underfloor).
Les Houches Tourist Office, shops, and shuttle stop 300m away (access to the ski area + Chamonix). Bellevue cable car 800m away (skiing in winter, hiking, and the Mont-Blanc tramway in summer).
Chamonix town center is a 10-minute drive away (9km). Merlet Wildlife Park is 6km away (mountain wildlife).
