In an old 15th century wine residence, carefully renovated, discover a gîte for 4 people combining contemporary fittings and antique objects, the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet 30km from Annecy and Geneva. For your comfort, everything is included!

In the heart of the Frangy hills, large Semi-detached house comprising the gîte and the owners' accommodation, configured completely independently. Holiday cottage on two levels on a raised base (access to the cottage via a 7-step outside staircase).
On the 1st level, large entrance hall with reading corner, vintage table soccer, separate toilet and staircase to the first floor. Access to the main room (2 steps) comprising a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, with a return to provide a backrest for the dining table. Sitting room with leather sofa and armchair, TV.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 Cot 80x190 cm beds, which can be twinned on request, and 1 cot 160x200 cm. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity sink and toilet.
Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning included. Baby bed, high chair and Kids bath available on request.
Private terrace in front of the Holiday cottage overlooking the Countryside. Private parking in the gravel courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. Electric vehicles can be recharged via a domestic socket, subject to a supplement to be agreed with the owners.
