Entrance via a corridor with storage space. Equipped kitchen opening onto living room with 2 bar stools, with access to terrace via French windows. Living room with 4-person dining table, TV stand, armchair and rapido 140x190 cm sofa-bed.
Bedroom with Mountain view (bed 140x190 cm), shower room (washing machine) and separate WC.
Terrace with furniture and charcoal barbecue. Courtyard in front of Holiday cottage. Possibility of storing equipment (skis, bikes, etc.) in the owner's garage.
Bed linen provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Baby equipment available on request.
Independent entrance and access, easy parking directly in front of the Holiday cottage. Domestic socket available for recharging an electric vehicle (extra charge).
Annecy City and Lake 28km away. Geneva and Lake Geneva 30km, Chamonix 50 minutes away by car. In winter, Grand-Bornand ski area 30km away. Nearby Plateau des Glières (Nordic skiing, Hiking, etc.). Shops: La Roche-sur-Foron 4km away.
