The house is located on the edge of a departmental road. Easy access to A41 and A410 freeways (7.5km).
Geneva 28km, Annecy and its lake 20km. Lake Geneva 28km. Skiing at Semnoz 40km, Aravis resorts 47km (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand). Numerous hiking trails nearby. Base de loisirs des Dronières 9km (swimming pool, fishing, adventure trail).
