Separate entrance.
Kitchen opening onto living room (140cm sofa bed), sleeping area (1 bed 140x190) separated from living room by Japanese panels, shower room (Italian shower), separate WC. Terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, garden, parking, courtyard. Closed storage for motorbikes/bikes/skis.
Vallières (shops, restaurants...) 3km, Rumilly (all shops, activities) 8km, leisure center, swimming 12km, Véloroute (Via Rhôna) 15km, Annecy 24km, Aix-Les-Bains 28km. Walks and hikes nearby. Pets by prior arrangement with owners.

Les vosgiens Au top
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce gîte, l'accueil du propriétaire est très bienveillant, très gentil, beaucoup de conseils pour les randonnées,il y a de quoi faire pour les amoureux de la rando,très belle région, le gîte très spacieux, très propre, rien ne manque,calme assuré tout est réuni pour passé un bon séjour.
