Kitchen opening onto living room (140cm sofa bed), sleeping area (1 bed 140x190) separated from living room by Japanese panels, shower room (Italian shower), separate WC. Terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, garden, parking, courtyard. Closed storage for motorbikes/bikes/skis.
Vallières (shops, restaurants...) 3km, Rumilly (all shops, activities) 8km, leisure center, swimming 12km, Véloroute (Via Rhôna) 15km, Annecy 24km, Aix-Les-Bains 28km. Walks and hikes nearby. Pets by prior arrangement with owners.

Leo Nature
Ce gite est idéal pour un couple.Il est très bien aménagé,la literie est bonne,un peu ferme.Tout est très bien conçu,que ce soit dans la cuisine ,pièce de vie et la SDB.Tout est bien pensé,patères,beaucoup de prises électriques,d interrupteurs…
La localisation est parfaite entre Annecy et Aix les bains.Il y a beaucoup de rando à faire a proximité- Cleanliness
