36m2 self-contained holiday cottage on the first floor of a renovated farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, including the owners' accommodation upstairs. Independent entrance on one level: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed 140x200cm, TV), bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm (mountain view), shower room with toilet. South-facing terrace (access via 6 steps) with furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, garden. Bed linen provided for 2 people. Wifi Internet. Les Houches ski area 7km away. Chamonix town center 14km away (15 minutes by car). Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage. Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 10km away. Fishing in the torrent next to the Holiday cottage. Diosaz gorges 1km away.

DC SEJOUR AU GITE DES MOULINS A SERVOZ
C'est la 3eme année que nous passons une semaine en hiver dans ce gite qui correspond tout à fait à ce que nous recherchons.

Myriam Séjour de rêve
Une semaine de Noël fantastique dans ce gîte si confortable et si accueillant et nous avons eu en plus la chance de bénéficier de chutes de neige abondantes qui nous ont permis de pratiquer un superbe ski
On profite à la fois de la tranquillité de Servoz et on rejoint très rapidement le domaine de ski de Chamonix
Et un immense merci à nos propriétaires pour leur accueil si sympathique

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont très bien conseillés quand aux randonnées à faire dans la région. Plein d'itinéraires possible dont certains depuis le chalet. Idéal pour un séjour en couple.
