A single-level apartment located on the ground floor of the owners' home; the owners live upstairs.
Spacious living area featuring a built-in kitchenette, a dining area with a table for 4 people, and a living room with a sofa and armchairs, plus a TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player. Laundry room with a washer, dryer, and various appliances.
Bathroom with shower and toilet, vanity sink, towel warmer, and storage.
Master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed; second bedroom with two 80x200cm beds that can be joined together. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Housekeeping included. Wi-Fi access.
Ground-level access to the holiday cottage from the parking lot. Grass area with sun loungers accessible via an outdoor staircase. Terrace in front of the holiday cottage with garden furniture and a bench.
Bus to Annecy 400m away. Lake and Annecy’s old city 8km away. Geneva 40km away; Airport 50 minutes away. Hiking and skiing at Semnoz (23km) or La Clusaz (36km).

Lapinette1954?? séjour très agréable au Gite des Collines
Avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite du 21/12 au 29/12/25. Gite très agréable, tres propre et très bien équipé, comme à la maison. La literie est confortable, l'emplacement très calme, ce qui est un grand plus. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, très réactifs à la moindre petite demande et très discrets aussi. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil et pour toutes les attentions trouvées à notre arrivée.
