In a privileged setting between the Cirque du Fer à Cheval (Classified Grand site Naturel de France) and the village of Sixt, beautiful 78m2 duplex gîte.
First floor: fitted kitchen, living room (sofa, DVD player), bathroom (bath/WC).
Upstairs, mezzanine with BZ 140, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), bedroom 2 (4 beds 90 including 1 bunk bed), shower room/WC. The gîte has a gravel terrace (table + plancha), a small enclosed garden, a mazot (storage room), a carport (2 cars possible).
Skiing at Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval 4km or Grand-Massif 12km away. Gîte on access road to Cirque du Fer à Cheval. Snow equipment in winter.

Location bon marché située en bordure de route. Idéale pour des départs de randonnée rapidement accessibles, et notamment au pied du cirque.

Avs Séjour dépaysant
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein du gîte des cascades dans lequel nous avons été bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Le gîte est bien équipé (un petit bémol qui concerne la literie de la chambre parentale). La région est magnifique et vaut vraiment le détour. Je recommande.
