27m² gîte (single-storey) on the first floor of the owners' house in the hills above Evian-Les-Bains. Separate entrance.
Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (BZ-type sofa bed, TV, dining table), open-plan sleeping area (1 bed 140x190cm), access to shower room/wc (shower).
Small outdoor area in front of the gîte with garden furniture and parasol. View of Lake Geneva. Garden to rear of house with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen provided. Underfloor central heating, ski or bike storage room. 1 private parking space.
Access on request to owners' washing machine (in garage).
Lake Geneva, beaches, Evian-les-Bains town center, spa 4.5km away. Golf course 3.5km away. Skiing: Bernex 10km, Thollon-les-Mémises 13km, Portes du Soleil ski area (Vallée d'Abondance 25km, Châtel 35km). Lausanne by boat (departure from Evian). Swiss border 20km (Saint-Gingolph). Très bon séjour sur les hauteurs d'Evian avec belle vue sur le lac. Suzanne est une super propriétaire, charmante, à l'écoute et délivrant de très bons conseils.

Très bon accueil chez Suzanne. Son gîte est très confortable et a correspondu à notre besoin. Cependant l’accès peut être compliqué en cas de route enneigée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
Le cadre était idéal et le gîte parfaitement situé avec une vue dégagée sur le lac Leman.
Suzanne nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné tous les conseils pratiques nécessaires pour profiter d'Evian et des alentours.
