27m² gîte (one level) on the ground floor of the owners' house located on the heights of Evian-Les-Bains. Independent entrance.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room (BZ type sofa bed, television, dining table), open sleeping area (1 bed 140x190cm), access to the shower room/wc (shower).
Small outdoor space in front of the gîte with garden furniture and parasol. View of Lake Geneva. Garden at the back of the house with garden furniture, deckchairs.
Wifi internet access. Linens provided. Central floor heating, local storage for skis or bicycles. 1 private parking space.
Access on request to the owners' washing machine (in the garage).
Lake Geneva, beaches, town center of Evian-les-Bains, thermal baths 4.5km away. Golf at 3.5km. Skiing: Bernex 10km, Thollon-les-Mémises 13km, Portes du Soleil area (Abondance Valley 25km, Châtel 35km). Lausanne by boat (departure from Evian). Swiss border 20km (Saint-Gingolph). Shops in Publier 3.5km or center of Evian 4.5km.

5/5Nous avons passez une superbe semaine dans ce gîte. La vue sur le Lac léman est très jolie, le gîte est très confortable et proche de beaucoup d'activités. Nous avons plusieurs visite dans les coins et c'était de super moment. Nous gardons un très très bon souvenir de ce séjour et nous reviendrons sûrement. La propriétaire et aussi très gentil et rend le séjour encore plus agréable avec ses petits conseil et informations pratique. Nous sommes littéralement tomber amoureux de la Haute Savoie c'est juste magnifique, on en prend pleins la vue.
