Garden level: kitchen opening onto living room (wood-burning stove, TV, access to terrace), bedroom (1 bed 180x200cm separable into 2 beds 90cm, balcony, TV), shower room, separate toilet. Washing machine.

    Automne nuageux

    Malgré une météo maussade, la qualité de la prestation, le confort du gite, la gentillesse de la propriétaire nous ont permis de passer une très bonne semaine.
    La situation du gite entre Annecy et les stations est très appréciable.

    Hôte sympathique et gîte très bien situé !

    Joëlle est une hôte sympathique et chaleureuse, une vraie mine d'infos et de conseils.
    Le gîte est très bien situé, proche d'Annecy, de nombreuses randonnées dans les Aravis et de Thônes une ville avec de nombreux commerces.
    Le gîte est agréable, fonctionnel pour passer un très bon séjour.
    Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir garer facilement notre véhicule.

    Vacances à Thones

    Superbe chalet avec tout le confort. Très bien équipé.
    Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
    Les propriétaires sont agréables et gentils. Ils nous ont informé des différentes balades possibles et des bons coins du secteurs. Merci à eux.
    Chalet bien situé à quelques kilomètres d’un côté le Lac d’Annecy et de l’autre côté La Cluzas et le Grand Bornand.

    Sehr empfehlenswert

    Unsere Buchung für den Aufenthalt - Ehepaar, ein Woche im August '24 - hat sich als sehr guter Griff erwiesen, sowohl in Bezug auf die schöne Ferienhaushälfte als auch betreffs der Urlaubsregion. Joelle ist eine aufmerksame und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die aktuell angrenzend in Nachbarschaft auch Gästezimmer vermietet. In FeWo und Garten war alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Fluß Thier rauscht leise und der Garten lädt ein zum Sterne-schauen. Zur Ortsmitte Thones sind es ca. 1,5km, ein guter Ausgangsort für Wanderung und Ausflüge und es ist alles verfügbar was der Urlauber benötigt.
    Als erfahrene Frankreich-Urlauber haben wir einen TV-Stick mitgebracht und hatten damit über Internet auch deutsche Sender... doch der blieb bei bestem Wetter trotz Olympiade nahezu ungenutzt.
