2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm that can be twinned to create 1 double bed).
Bathroom: bath, vanity unit with washbasin, heated towel rail. 1 separate toilet.
Washing machine shared with another apartment. Ski and bike room.
Balcony, private terrace to the side of the house with garden furniture, deckchairs. Large shared sloping plot to the rear of the house. On-site parking in courtyard.
Central heating. Bed linen can be rented from the owner, towels not supplied, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Abondance village center 1km away: shops, services, restaurants, summer and winter entertainment. Lake des Plagnes 4km away.
Numerous Hiking trails around the Holiday cottage and in the Abondance valley.
Ski in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 1km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 7km, Chatel 12km. Shuttle bus 1.5km from the center of Abondance. Ski/luge fun area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains (Thermal baths, Swimming, Beaches, Boat rentals, etc.) 28km away. Access to Switzerland by Boat from Evian.
