Entryway with closet, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room (dining table, sofa bed, TV, 140cm fold-down bed), access to the balcony and terrace (on the side of the house).
2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x190 cm, which can be joined to form 1 double bed).
Bathroom: bathtub, vanity sink, towel warmer. 1 separate toilet.
Washing machine shared with another apartment. Ski and bike storage room.
Balcony, private terrace on the side of the house with patio furniture and lounge chairs. Large shared sloping yard at the back of the house. On-site parking in the courtyard.
Central heating. Bed linens available for rent from the owner; towels not provided; end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Abondance village center 1 km away: shops, services, Restaurants, summer and winter activities. Lake des Plagnes 4 km away.
Numerous hiking trails around the holiday cottage and in the Abondance Valley.
Skiing in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 1 km, La Chapelle d’Abondance 7 km, Châtel 12 km. Shuttle bus stop 1.5 km away in the center of Abondance. Ski and sledding play area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon, or Evian-les-Bains (thermal baths, swimming, beaches, boat rentals, etc.) 28 km away. Access to Switzerland by boat from Evian.
