47m² Holiday cottage on the garden level of the owner's Chalet. Views of Lake Annecy and the mountains. Equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed clic clac (sleeps 2), TV. Bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, heated towel rail. Separate WC. Shared washing/drying machine in owner's garage (direct access from Holiday cottage). Terrace with garden furniture, view of Lake Annecy, garden. Shared grounds with owner, barbecue, deckchairs, petanque area. Only 1 parking space on the property. Bed linen and towels provided. Lake Annecy 8.5km away, with a lovely beach in Saint-Jorioz for swimming. All shops in Saint-Jorioz 7.5km away. Annecy and its old city 15km, Semnoz ski resort (ski slopes, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, summer tobogganing, hiking) 20km. Les Aravis (Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz resorts) 1h away. Originaire d'une petite station de ski (Flumet) dans le Val d'Arly, où elle a passée toute son enfance dans l'Hôtel/restaurant de sa maman, c'est tout naturellement que Laure vous accueille dans le gîte du Cyclamon (Le Cyclamon étant un petit personnage tiré d'un conte écrit dans les Bauges), situé au rez-de-chaussée de son chalet avec vue sur le lac d'Annecy.

Je recommande ce gîte sans hésitation. Une belle terrasse pour apprécier la vue sur le Lac d’Annecy et ses montagnes, et où vous pourrez vous reposer sur les transats et profiter des repas au calme. Il ne manque rien, et la propreté est irréprochable. Merci à la propriétaire (très discrète) pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Toemsle Urlaub mit wunderschönem Weitblick
Der Empfang durch Frau Paccard war sehr freundlich. Trotz Verständigungsschwierigkeiten (wir können leider kein Französisch sprechen) war Sie immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Geschirr war zur Genüge da. Für Ausflüge gab es viele Prospekte und auch Ordner mit persönlich ausgewählten Ausflugszielen.
Die Terrasse mit dem Weitblick über den See und das Bergpanorama lud zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und es gab kaum störende Geräusche, was wir sehr genossen.
Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

Gîte reposant, il y a tout le confort ,il ne manque rien, nous avons été très bien accueilli et d une gentillesse et d une discrétion. Tres belle vue sur le lac d annecy, mais nous n avons pas eu le temps de tout faire et voir,donc nous y reviendrons. Encore merci à la propriétaires. À bientôt. M et C.

Dean Smith The greatest help and lovely lady. Great place too
Great place too stay owner was lovely and helped us in an awkward situation when our Vehicle broke down. She has allowed me to leave our adventure equipment and cycles at her home until such time I can return too collect them. She is an amazing lady and her son was great aswell. The view from property over the lake taking in the forclaz, semnoz, and the chateau of St Bernard of Menthon was amazing. Would return again definitely. Many thx awsome.
