Kitchen opening onto living room, TV. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140 x190cm+ 1 bed 90x190cm). Shower room/wc. Shared washing machine. Electric heating. Parking, landscaped grounds (plancha, pergola, dining area).
Sheet rental available.
Hiking and mountain biking from the gîte. Ski resort: Morillon 1 km away, part of the Domaine du Grand Massif (Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz, Sixt). Ski shuttle 250m away. Leisure center 1km away (swimming, tree climbing, children's games, horse riding, canoeing, etc.). Chamonix 55km, Geneva 55km.

FXF Excellent séjour
Thérèse a été une hôte formidable.
Le gîte était tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très calme, très propre, très bien équipé et très confortable. L’accès au jardin est très appréciable également.
Cette location est une valeur sûre où nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé.
Très bien situé pour visiter la région. Le jardin avec le petit ruisseau et la table pour manger dehors sont un vrai plus. Départ pour de belles balades directement du chalet. Beaucoup d'activités possibles dans les alentours et surtout de magnifiques randonnées.- Cleanliness
