Perched on the hills above Megève, facing Mont Blanc: a 43-square-meter single-story holiday cottage located within a private extension of the owners’ Chalet.
Beautifully designed interior, quiet location, magnificent views of the Mont Blanc massif, Megève, and the ski area.
The holiday cottage has its own separate entrance.
The accommodation consists of: a living area with an open-concept kitchen (bar table, TV, sofa), a bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm, TV), and a bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet).
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival).
End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Private terrace facing Mont Blanc with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue.
Private parking in the Chalet’s courtyard, in front of the Holiday cottage entrance.
You can store your skis, bikes, or other recreational equipment in the owners’ garage.

The owners’ working farm is about 100 meters away (farm tours available).
Be sure to bring snow tires for your vehicle in winter.

The center of Megève is 3 km away (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, a Casino, and the Palais des Sports (all-season aquatic center, Wellbeing area, ice rink, etc.).
For skiing (3.5 km away), the holiday cottage is located halfway between the resorts of Megève (Jaillet gondola) and Praz-Sur-Arly.
Summer swimming at the Praz-Sur-Arly swimming lake, 2.5 km away. Mont-D’Arbois Golf Course, 6.5 km away. Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths, 18 km away.
Numerous hiking trails in the area for all seasons, with marked trails near the holiday cottage.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 40-minute drive away, Lake Annecy is 1 hour away, and Yvoire (Lake Geneva) is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
