68m² gîte on the first floor of the owners' chalet, with access to the wellness area with indoor pool and spa. Sleeps up to 7 (only on request, with supplement).
Separate entrance to the gîte.
Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, rapido sofa bed, TV, access to terrace).
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 90x190cm high).
Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
Wellness area in the chalet directly accessible from the gîte, private from 9am to 9pm, comprising: heated indoor pool, spa, shower room with shower and toilet, kitchen opening directly onto a 2nd private terrace. shower room, separate toilet.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen, sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
2 terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, garden, panoramic mountain views.
Private parking in front of the gîte. Pets on property with dogs, cat, henhouse (rooster and hens).

Anaïs Bd Super séjour
Super séjour ! Accueillis au top avec jus de pomme fait maison et reblochon de la ferme d’à côté. La piscine et le Spa sont vraiment un plus.
Proche d’Annecy (20min environ)
La tranquillité était au rdv. Nous n’entendions que le bruit des cloches des vaches au loin.

Séjour dans une région magnifique. Vue époustouflante ! À 30 min d'Annecy. Supérette dans le bourg très appréciée. Super accueil des propriétaires qui vivent au dessus. Possibilité de randonner dès la sortie de la location. Je recommande

Nous avons apprécié cette semaine à Serraval, nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous avons apprécié la discrétion des propriétaires, mais reste à la disposition des locataires.
Gite magnifique, propre, confortable, et une superbe vue sur les montagnes.
Nous avons passé une semaine apaisante.

Le Gris Séjour en Haute Savoie
Gîte très bien situé, et très bien agencé. Idéal pour des vacances en famille, avec toutes les commodités à proximité sur Thônes. Environnement très calme permettant de se reposer et de profiter de la terrasse et sa vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Seul petit bémol, les travaux à proximité du gîte brisant la vue par la fenêtre de la cuisine et occasionnant des bruits la journée. La piscine et le jaccuzi permettent de se relaxer après les randonnées. A renouveler et à recommander.
