House comprising 2 gîtes and owners' accommodation. 44 m² gîte on first floor: kitchenette in living room (sofa), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 cm), Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80 cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Central heating. Balcony, small terrace, shared grounds at rear of house. Bed linen provided. Gîte on the road between Annecy and the Aravis resorts. 10 minutes from La Clusaz resort (childcare, artistic skiing, sleigh rides, natural ice rink and Le Grand-Bornand). Annecy/La Clusaz bus stop 50 m away. NON-SMOKING GITE. Only 1 pet allowed in the gite.

    Séjour agréable à la montagne

    Chouette chalet fonctionnel et tel que représenté sur les photos. Situé sur une route principale entre Annecy et La Clusaz. Localisation idéale pour profiter du lac et des montagnes environnantes. Accueil très agréable de la part de Madame Sylvestre.

    Bergen Bergen Bergen! Montagne montagne montagne!

    Die Einrichtung ist in der Zeit stehen geblieben aber es war alles da und funktionell. Wiederrum macht die Aussicht alles wieder gut. Wir hatten jedem Tag Ausflügen geplant (und es sind sehr sehr vielen möglich) und waren nur abends dort. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt Intermarche mit einem komplette Biogebäude bietet für allen was an und vereinfacht einiges. Tagsüber ist der Verkehr vorn zu hören aber Nachts absolute Stille. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und wohnt auch da.
