House comprising a beautiful 65m² apartment on the 1st floor with magnificent views of Lake Geneva; the other part of the house is unoccupied, as a future apartment will be built on the first floor from autumn 2025.

2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, window with lake view), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80x200cm, possibility of creating 1 double bed on request), dressing room/storage area shared by the 2 bedrooms.
Bathroom with 2 basins, shower, towel dryer, hair dryer). 1 separate toilet (with washbasin).
Washing machine and dryer in basement. Bike/ski room.
Bed linen and towels provided. Optional end-of-stay cleaning on request.
West-facing balcony with garden furniture, lake view. Garden at the bottom of the house. On-site parking in courtyard.

Magnifique gite avec une très belle vue sur le lac Léman, très confortable et très bien équipé. Tout est fait pour s’y sentir comme chez soi. Un très bel accueil de la part des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte et gardons l’adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Gîte neuf à la décoration très soignée, très propre, très confortable et bien équipé. Les chambres sont très agréables et bénéficient comme le séjour d’une vue superbe sur le lac Léman. Le gîte est très lumineux et les hôtes sont charmants, une belle adresse à recommander pour un excellent séjour!

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans ce logement et nous en sommes ravis. Le confort est tout simplement maximal : literie très agréable, espaces bien aménagés, décoration soignée et ambiance chaleureuse. On s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi.
L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort. Le logement est idéalement situé, proche des villes et des principaux centres d’intérêt, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des alentours tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement calme et reposant.
Tout l’électroménager est présent et en parfait état : cuisine entièrement équipée, appareils modernes et fonctionnels, rien ne manque pour passer un séjour pratique et sans contraintes.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté irréprochable, l’attention portée aux détails ainsi que la qualité des équipements. C’est un endroit parfait pour se détendre, que ce soit pour un court séjour ou des vacances plus longues.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
