68m² Holiday cottage located on the 1st and 2nd floor of an old farmhouse converted into several units.
Entrance to living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room with TV. Corridor giving access to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, storage space, private shower room with double basin and shower). Separate WC.
Staircase to first floor, including bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm) and bathroom.
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Independent access to the accommodation via an outside spiral staircase (narrow) located on the Holiday cottage's private terrace (garden furniture, dining table, view of the Piscine). Deckchairs, a second set of garden furniture and a summer kitchen are located close to the outdoor swimming pool, which is heated from June 15 to September 15 and accessible in the afternoon (1:30 pm - 6 pm). Access to the Piscine is reserved for the exclusive use of Holiday cottage guests.
Private parking at the rear of the house, accessed via a staircase to the terrace level. Nearby ground-floor parking for owners and other guests.
Lake Annecy, beaches, old town and cycle path 8km away. Hiking at Parmelan (parking 8km away) and massif des Bornes, Col de la Forclaz. Le Semnoz (26km) and Plateau des Glières (25km) in summer and winter (Hiking, Ski).
