Detached 85m2 chalet on 2 levels (1st and 2nd floor), facing the Mont-Blanc massif and overlooking the village of Les Houches.
The chalet is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to the owners' house (which includes another gîte). There are two owner's garages on the first floor.
Entrance to 1st floor via outside staircase: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (Tv, sofa, wood-burning stove), shower room (shower, wc).
2nd floor: three bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90cm, Tv), bathroom (shower + whirlpool bath), separate toilet.
Balcony, terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Garden with children's play area, private outdoor spa.
End-of-stay cleaning, towels and bed linen included (beds made on arrival). Wifi Internet access.
On-site parking in front of the chalet. Ski room. Underfloor gas heating.
Les Houches tourist office, shops and shuttle bus stop 300m away. Bellevue cable car 800m away (access to ski area in winter, hiking and Mont-Blanc tramway in summer).
Chamonix town center 10 minutes away by car (9km). Parc animalier de Merlet 6km away (mountain wildlife).
Numerous all-season hikes in the area.
Italy via the Mont-Blanc tunnel 30 minutes away, Switzerland via the Col des Montets 30 minutes away.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce chalet. l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours et même proche de l'arret de bus pour aller sur Cham en transport en commun. La vue autour de la maison est magnifique. Le chalet est extrêmement fonctionnel et bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Le jacuzzi, vue sur les montagne était divin ! Bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Un grand merci à Nathalie et son mari pour leur petites attentions, leur disponibilité tout en étant discrets...

Nogentais Très beau chalet très bien situé
Nous avons passé une semaine de déconnexion totale dans ce beau chalet très au calme et bénéficiant de vues majestueuses sur la chaîne du Mont blanc
Tout est accessible à pied,restaurants,commerces et accès aux télécabines.

Rafal Cozy, well-located chalet with a great hot tub!
Our chalet rental in Chamonix for a ski trip in January 2025 was perfect. It was very comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. The warm jacuzzi was just amazing and the best way to relax after a full day of skiing. Highly recommended!

Beau chalet spacieux et bien équipé, dans un quartier très calme. Les propriétaires habitent la maison voisine et sont très sympathiques. Logement de qualité, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est particulièrement agréable après une journée de randonnée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
