Detached house (106m2) on 2 levels (+ basement), close to village center and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval ski resort.
Quiet setting, easy access, and beautiful views of the surrounding peaks.
1st floor (accessed via outside staircase): fitted kitchenette, living room, lounge (sofas, Tv), bedroom 1 (140x190cm), bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
2nd floor: TV room with sofa bed (extra bed 130x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + baby bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Balcony, terrace on 1st level with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and gas barbecue.
Vast basement on the first floor of the house: washing machine, tumble dryer, Kids' table soccer, and ample space to store your equipment, skis or bikes.
Wifi Internet access. Parking in the courtyard.
Bed linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning and towels optional.
Village center 1km away: mini-market, restaurant, bakery, ski rental.
Winter skiing: family resort of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval 800m away (chairlift), lift pass and ESF ski lessons 1km away.
The resort of Sixt is linked to the Grand-Massif ski area by a return piste, depending on snow conditions (la piste des cascades, 800m from the Holiday cottage).
Access to the Grand-Massif by free shuttle bus at 800m (linking Sixt to the Grand Massif Express in Samoëns).
1km from Holiday cottage: rafting, white-water sports, Tines gorge, rock-climbing, via ferrata.
Parking at the Fer-A-Cheval Nature Reserve 6km away (less than 10 minutes by car).

Très beau séjour . Vue fantastique sur les montagnes. Petite station-village idéale pour les enfants. Gîte confortable très bien équipé, qui correspond exactement à nos souhaits! Magnifique séjour à tout point de vue. Propriétaires charmants, toujours attentifs à nos besoins, toujours prêts à améliorer le confort de leur gîte. La chaudière mazout neuve (changée la semaine précédent notre arrivée) aucune odeur... Vraiment parfait. Je recommande vivement !!!!- Cleanliness

DevonFamily Beautiful spot in the mountains
Sixt is a great spot for a trip to the Alps. Some beautiful walks and stunning scenery locally. We especially loved the trip to the end of the valley which our 3 year old could manage and the cables and ladders around the Gorge des Tines/river loop.
The gite had excellent views in every direction and was really spacious for our family of 4.
We had some wet weather, but at least this made the waterfalls even more impressive!- Cleanliness

Nane Clair logis sixt
Très beau séjour au milieu des montagnes . Vue fantastique depuis le gîte sur la cascade et les montagnes.
Gîte confortable spacieux très bien équipé !
Les animaux sont acceptés et c’est le paradis dès chiens .
Le petit moins, vu avec le propriétaire l’odeur de mazout qui semble être en voie de résolution.- Cleanliness

Fred Du potentiel mais...
Une très belle région, un gîte avec du potentiel mais un rapport qualité/prix qui laisse à désirer, manque d'équipement dans le gite (notamment au niveau de la vaisselle), des huisseries qui mériteraient d'être changées, de l'électroménager et une plancha vieillissant et une odeur de fioul qui remonte du garage lorsqu'il y a du vent.
Première fois que l'on est accueilli dans un gîte de France sans avoir un petit "cadeau" d'accueil et nous n'avons pas su si la personne qui nous a remis les clés était la propriétaire ou une employé.Bref du potentiel mais des rectifications à apporter pour être à la hauteur des 1600€ déboursés pour la semaine de location.
