32m2 Holiday cottage on the first floor of a private wing of the owners' Chalet.
The Holiday cottage has its own independent entrance (one step):
Entrance hall, living room with kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) giving access to a shower room with toilet.
Bed linen included and beds made on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are provided, but it is necessary to bring your own towels (no rental available).
Electric heating (underfloor). Wifi Internet access.
Private covered parking space opposite Holiday cottage entrance.
Outside: small table with 2 chairs in front of Holiday cottage, private terrace area at rear of Holiday cottage (garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue).

Free access to the Piscine at the rear of the Chalet (open from June to September, weather permitting).
The Piscine is shared with the owners and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
Bus stop for Chamonix 500m away (8-minute walk). Taconnaz train station 750m (10-minute walk). Free train with guest card.
Les Houches ski resort 3.5km away in winter (Bellevue cable car). Chamonix center 3.5km away (10 minutes by car): Montenvers train, Aiguille du Midi cable car...
Les Houches resort center 3km, shops 1.5km.
Only one pet allowed.
