On the site of an old sawmill, on the banks of a river, 105m2 Holiday cottage adjoining another cottage and close to the owners' house. Independent entrance, ground-level access. The Holiday cottage's layout facilitates access for people with reduced mobility. Fitted kitchen opening onto spacious living room / sitting area, terrace. Bedroom 1 (160cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 90cm beds), bedroom 3 (2 90cm bunk beds). Large shower room/wc, separate toilet. Central heating. Garden furniture, carport. Shared: gaming room, 2000 m² grounds with swing set, table tennis, barbecue. Holiday cottage located on the Val Sulens hiking trail, Hiking departures from the cottage. Local Tennis court 500 m away. Thônes 4 km away. Lake Annecy 15 km away. Ski resorts: La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 15 km away. Sheets available for hire. Electric vehicle charging available at extra cost (contact owner). 1 Pets allowed with supplement.

Les Ravis Une fin d'année réussie
Décrire un séjour aussi formidable n'est pas suffisant. Le mieux est de le vivre. Terminer l'année 2025 en famille dans ces conditions, nous ne pouvions l'imaginer avant d'être sur place. Professionnalisme, gentillesse, attention... Tout est concocté sans fausse note pour nous inciter à revenir. Et surtout à en parler autour de nous. Bonne continuation et encore merci.

cloclo Havre de paix et Sérénité dans ce lieu .
c'est un grand moment de ressourcement dans ce gite et tout le contexte qui en dépend
les propriétaires ,l'association ,le lieu ,je voudrai signaler que cette région est très sensible aux handicaps .
nous avons côtoyé des personnes qui nous ont aidé spontanément ..
ça met du baume au coeur ..3 x dans la même journée du jamais vu.
cela nous a beaucoup touché
