A 65-square-meter holiday cottage located on the second floor of a small chalet-style condominium complex consisting of one unit owned by the owner and two apartments rented on an annual basis.
Shared entryway. On the main level: open-concept kitchen, living room with dining area and lounge area (fireplace, TV, sofa).
Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 160x190 cm) with a small private bathroom (shower); bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds, 90x190 cm); full bathroom (tub and toilet); 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 bed, 140x190 cm) leading to a very low-ceilinged bedroom (max. 1.30 m), attic space with 2 beds (90x190 cm).
Balconies facing southeast, southwest, and northwest, furnished and offering a beautiful view of the Aravis Mountains.
Sheets and towels are provided. Wifi Internet. Private ski/bike storage. Shared courtyard for parking.

The holiday cottage is set back from the road leading to Saint-Gervais.
