42m2 gîte on the 2nd and top floor of a house adjoining the owners' house with 2 other gîtes (ground floor and 1st floor, access via shared outside staircase with the 1st floor). Easy access to the gîte on a quiet road, in the countryside with views of the Alps (Mont-Blanc in particular) and surrounding fields.
Entrance into dining area with table for 4 and integrated kitchenette. Living room with wall-mounted TV, sofa and adjustable seating + interior screen separating sleeping area (1 x 160x200 bed). Shower room in hallway between living room and bedroom (2 x 90x190 beds, direct access to dining/kitchen area) with separate WC. Central heating, Wifi. Washing machine and ironing facilities available on request.
Bed linen provided, beds made. Linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Qovoltis electric car recharging station.
Large wooded plot accessible from the other side of the road. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
Gîte located in the Pays du Haut Rhône region, near Seyssel, La Chautagne and Bugey. Annecy, Geneva and Aix-les-Bains 38 km away. Hillsides and vineyards (La Roussette wine).

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte très agréable, au calme et décoré avec goût.
4 ieme année que nous y retrouvons Christel, une propriétaire au top, un accueil familial toujours dans la bonne humeur.

roodborst Heerlijk verblijf in de Haute Savoie!
Onze eerste kennismaking met de Haute Savoie, terwijl we verbleven in deze comfortabele gite bij Christel Bizet, was voor ons een ervaring om nooit te vergeten!
De inrichting is warm en knus en met oog voor detail gerenoveerd. De toepassing van oude materialen vertelt een stukje geschiedenis van de streek vertaalt naar de huidige tijd waarbij het ons als gebruiker aan werkelijk niets ontbrak!
Christel voorzag ons van alle informatie om de streek te verkennen, vertelde verhalen over oeroude tradities, het leven in de Haute Savoie.De keuken was voor ons heel praktisch en volledig ingericht waardoor we gemakkelijk een langere periode konden verblijven.
En dan het uitzicht op de bergen en precies dat ene puntje van de Mont Blanc, tenminste, als er geen wolken zijn. In de tuin vol bloemen, fruitbomen en kip Cocotte, van Christel en haar familie, luisterden we 's avonds naar het geklingel van koeien in de bergweiden. We plukten blauwe vijgen en wilde oregano.
