Independent 31m² chalet (+6m² attic space) on 2 levels in a large property that also includes the owners' house. Independent access to the gîte. Quiet, peaceful location.

First floor: kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, sofa, TV), bay window giving access to private wooden terrace.
First floor (steep staircase): attic sleeping area with 2 beds 140x190cm, washbasin, shower and toilet.
Washing machine and dishwasher.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Private wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, awning. Trampoline. Beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and Château d'Alex.
On-site parking next to the chalet.
