Cozy and warm individual chalet of 34m2 arranged on one and the same level within a vast plot
The chalet is located next to a renovated traditional farmhouse comprising the owners' accommodation and another gite.
Access to the chalet from the private parking space by a small flat ground (approximately 35m).
The chalet consists of: an integrated kitchen open to the living room (bench, TV), a bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) giving access to the bathroom (shower). The toilet is independent.
Two private terraces with garden furniture (+parasol, deckchairs and barbecue): North-West terrace facing the mountains, South-East terrace on the entrance side.
Sheets are included (bed made on arrival). Possibility to rent towels. Electric heating. Wi-Fi Internet.
Vast land around the chalet. Stay of 3 weeks: -10%.
For skiing: Morillon gondola at 10km (Grand Massif ski area: Morillon, les Carroz, Samöens, Flaine).
Nordic ski resort of Agy at 7km. City of Cluses 10 minutes by car, Samoëns 20 minutes. Saint-Gervais thermal baths at 31km.
Chamonix 50 minutes by car, Annecy 1 hour.

Un lieu magnifique
