Cosy and warm 34m2 detached chalet on one level in a large plot of land.
The chalet is located next to a renovated traditional farmhouse, which includes the owners' living quarters and another gîte.
Access to the chalet from the private parking space is via a small flat area (approx. 35m).
The chalet comprises: a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (bench seat, TV), a bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) giving access to the shower room. Separate toilet.
Two private terraces with garden furniture (+parasol, deckchairs and barbecue): North-West terrace facing the mountains, South-East terrace facing the entrance.
Bed linen included (bed made on arrival). Towels available for hire. Electric heating. Wifi Internet access.
Vast grounds surrounding the chalet.
For skiing: Morillon cable car 10km away (Grand Massif ski area: Morillon, Les Carroz, Samöens, Flaine.
Agy Nordic ski resort 7km away. Cluses 10 minutes by car, Samoëns 20 minutes. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 31km away.
Chamonix 50 minutes away by car, Annecy 1h00.

Accueil chaleureux de Josiane et Augustin.
Sympathique petit chalet très bien agencé et parfaitement adapté pour 2 personnes dans un cadre de verdure et de calme que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Une vue imprenable sur la montagne permettant de profiter de superbes levés et couchés du soleil.
