110m2 detached chalet on 2 levels, ideally located at the entrance to Morillon, close to the gondola lift and the Lake Bleu Base de loisirs.
First floor: entrance hall, integrated kitchenette opening onto the living area (fireplace, TV, sofa), separate toilet.
Upper 1/2 level: bathroom (corner bath), bedroom 1 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm, Tv).
1st floor: bedrooms 2 and 3, each with 3 beds 90x200cm, bedroom 4 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm, TV), shower room, separate toilet.
Balcony, south- and west-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Wifi Internet access.
Everything included: bed linen, towels. End-of-stay cleaning optional.

The owner welcomes business guests. End-of-stay cleaning is not included. In the case of several weeks, a 1-hour cleaning service will be provided each week free of charge. End-of-stay cleaning option compulsory.
