Detached chalet 124m² (+ 18m² attic space) arranged over 3 levels. Panoramic view of the peaks and mountain pastures of the Col de la Colombière. At the foot of the ski slopes in winter
First floor: large entrance hall with benches, storage space, shoe dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
1st floor of chalet with direct access to terrace: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, sofas, TV, DVD player). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
2nd floor of chalet: bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 5 (3 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 6 (2 twin beds 80x190cm, can create a double bed 160cm on request), bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Balconies, large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, pétanque court, courtyard, parking.
Central heating. Wifi Internet access. Sheets and towels not provided (can be rented), end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Activities and services: Chinaillon ski area on site, shuttle bus nearby. Old village, shops and entertainment 500 m away in season and 7km away out of season (in the center of Le Grand-Bornand). Grand-Bornand center 7 km away (leisure center, all sports). Hiking trails depart from the chalet. Thones 19km, La Clusaz 13km Lac d'Annecy 32km, Annecy 38km.

Superbe lieu de vie sur les pistes. Le chalet est moderne tout en restant authentique. Un réel plaisir de passer cette semaine à 10 entre amis.
L'accueil est top et je ne peux que recommander cette location.
Il est difficile d'imaginer des vacances ailleurs.

ANGEL FORMIDABLE
Nous sommes fidèles au Chinaillon depuis 25 ans.
Nous louons en famille ou entre amis (en alternance) et sommes toujours enchantés.
Nous avons commencé sur le secteur des Outalays (pendant environ 15 ans) puis maintenant nous avons trouvé le "Chalet de mon Père", toujours au pied des pistes mais plus facilement accessible au village. De plus le bus gratuit facilite les déplacements que ce soit dans le village, au Grand Bornand... ou La Clusaz...
C'est la 2ème fois que nous allons dans ce chalet, nous avons retrouvé le confort du chalet des Outalays avec un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Le "Chalet de mon Père" est maintenant notre nouvelle résidence d'hiver !!!- Cleanliness
