122m2 chalet on 3 levels at the entrance to the Bouchet valley.
Access to the 1st level, on the same level at the rear of the chalet. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofas, TV, pellet stove)), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, wooden cot), bedroom 3 (4 beds 90x200cm, including 1 bunk bed, Tv-Dvd), shower room, separate toilet.
Lower level: Hammam, laundry room and children's playroom (table soccer, toys...). Wifi Internet access. Balcony, wooden terrace with furniture and electric plancha.
Everything included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Downhill skiing (cable car) 1km, village center 1.5km, cross-country skiing 900m. Lake Annecy 26km away. Numerous summer hikes in the Aravis mountains.

    Chalet TOP dans un environnement calme

    Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables dans ce beau chalet très bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable et particulièrement bien situé car dans un environnement reposant.
    Tout est pensé par les propriétaires pour que le séjour se passe bien.
    Merci à Marie Ange pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et les attentions
    pour notre arrivée.
    Nous avons découvert une magnifique région avec des gens très accueillants, de très belles balades et une gastronomie locale de très bonne qualité.

    SEJOUR DE REVE

    Exceptionnel

    Chalet magnifique, placé idéalement
    Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très attentionné,
    Nous avons été reçu avec un délicieux reblochon et boissons au frais !
    Je reviens sur le chalet car cela fait 15 ans que je loue en gîte et je n’ai jamais vu aussi propre !
    Bravo ! J espère juste pouvoir y retourner l année prochaine car les lieux nous manquent déjà
