Ideal for making yourself at home!

A 75-square-meter detached holiday cottage (+ 8 square meters of attic space) on two levels with a locked garage. Separate, ground-level entrance from the parking area.

On the ground floor: entryway with closet and access to the bathroom (shower, toilet). Living area consisting of a living room with a TV on a stand (sofa, armchair) and an open kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. Access to the garage from inside, which includes a laundry area. Access to the outdoor areas from the kitchen and living room.

On the first floor, a small hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a 140x200cm bed; Bedroom 2 has a 140x190cm bed and a 90x200cm bed.

Reversible air conditioning in the living room and Bedroom 2. Covered terrace and spacious, unfenced grounds surrounding the holiday cottage.
Utilities not included. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels, or these are available as an option. Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee; cleaning deposit required if bringing a pet.
