Warm, independent 32m² chalet (+7m² attic space) on 2 levels, next to the owner's house, which also includes another holiday cottage (studio reference 1022).
Quiet location, Chalet at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Access by outside stairs from the parking lot.
Kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, rapido sofa-bed for 2 people), access to balcony with beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and village of Abondance.
Bathroom with washbasin, large walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine.
Duplex (access by steep staircase): attic bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm.
Terrace at rear of Chalet (south), garden, pétanque court. Balcony with garden furniture. Barbecue, deckchairs.
Parking in front of the Chalet, 1 covered parking space. Owners' room (equipment storage only) under the Chalet.
Wifi Internet access.
Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning (payable directly to the owner).
Holiday cottage sleeps 2 adults + 1 baby. Up to 2 extra people can be accommodated for a supplement of €15/day/person.
Ski in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 2.5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 9km, Chatel 14km. Shuttle bus 3km from the center of Abondance. Ski/luge fun area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains Thermal baths 28km away. Numerous Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage.
Gravel path for the last 200 m. Please bring snow equipment in winter.
