Independent chalet located in the heart of the Abondance Valley and offering a magnificent view of the Chablais mountains. Quality services: terrace, balcony, petanque ground, quiet area, warm atmosphere inside. In winter, the ski resort is 2km away. Many summer and winter activities nearby. Capacity up to 4 people maximum.

Independent chalet of 32m² (+7m² attic) with a warm atmosphere, arranged on 2 levels and located next to the owner's house also including another gite (studio reference 1022).
Quiet area, chalet at the end of a dead end. Capacity up to 4 people maximum. Wi-Fi internet.
Access by external stairs from the car park.
Fitted kitchen open to the living room (dining table, television, rapido type convertible sofa for sleeping 2 people), access to the balcony offering a very beautiful open view of the mountains and the village of Abondance.
Shower room with basin, large walk-in shower, wc, washing machine.
Duplex (access by steep stairs): attic bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm.
Terrace at the rear of the chalet (south), garden, pétanque court. Balcony with garden furniture. Barbecue, deckchairs.
Parking in front of the chalet, 1 place under cover. Owners' room (material storage only) under the chalet.
Electric heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, end of stay cleaning optional.
Skiing in the Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 2.5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 9km, Chatel 14km. Shuttle 3km to the center of Abondance. Recreational ski/sledge area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains Thermal baths 28km away. Many hikes from the cottage.
Gravel path for the last 200 meters. Provide snow equipment in winter.
