In the heart of nature - 70m2 apartment on the garden level of a magnificent chalet that also includes the owners' living quarters (upstairs).
Independent access from outside (small path from chalet parking lot).
Separate entrance: large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto lounge (sofa bed offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm, Tv, internet box, canal+), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room), separate toilet.
Garden, south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Wifi Internet access.
Bed linen and towels included.
A vast 2-hectare park surrounds the chalet. Washing machine and dryer shared with the owner (common laundry room).
Starting point for hiking trails (snowshoeing in winter) on site.
Grand-Massif ski area (via Morillon) 14km away. Chamonix 45 minutes away by car, Annecy and Geneva 1h00. Lac Léman 1h00 away.
