This Holiday cottage is set in a beautiful detached house set in 3000m² of wooded grounds, carefully tended by the owners. The ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the shops and leisure facilities of the Annecy region.

Detached 67 m² house located behind the owners' house, on the edge of the Forest.
First floor: entrance hall with storage space leading to living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with connected TV.
Separate toilet and laundry area.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (bed 160x200 cm and 2 beds 90x190 cm + extra bed 80x190 cm) and bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
An outside staircase leads to the terrace, then a pathway leads to the walking area (Forest, play area with bowling green...).
Fiber-optic Internet access. Bicycles/Skis can be stored in a closed room.
Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Independent driveway to Holiday cottage, parking available in front of the house. Garage not accessible (storage).
