This Holiday cottage is set in a beautiful detached house set in 3000m² of wooded grounds, carefully tended by the owners. The ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the shops and leisure facilities of the Annecy region.

A 67 m² detached house located behind the owner's home, on the edge of the Forest.
On the ground floor, an entryway with storage opens onto the living area, which consists of an open-concept kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a smart TV.
Separate restroom and laundry area.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (160x200 cm bed and 2 beds 90x190 cm + extra bed 80x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
An outdoor staircase leads to the terrace, and a path continues on to the walking area (Forest, playground with bocce courts, etc.).
Fiber-optic internet. Storage available for bikes and skis (locked storage room provided).
Beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Separate vehicle access all the way to the holiday cottage; parking available in front of the house. The garage is not accessible.
9-hole golf course nearby (650 m). Annecy and the Lake are 12 km away; Geneva is 34 km away.
Hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing on the Glières Plateau, 26 km away.
