Detached gîte on 3 levels next to the owners' old Savoyard farmhouse.
Garden level: storage area with washing machine, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 90x200cm.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (bench seat, TV), shower room, separate toilet.
2nd floor: bedroom with 2 beds 80x200cm (can be made into a 160cm bed) + 2 beds 90x190cm.
All included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access.
Private covered terrace on garden level with garden furniture and blinds. Communal garden.
Not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.
Electric vehicle recharging possible via domestic socket (cost and terms of use to be agreed with owners).
Geneva 24km away, skiing at the family-friendly Les Brasses ski resort 9km away (15 minutes). Bakery 200m away, shops 3km away.
Lake Geneva beaches and medieval town of Yvoire 37km away. Annecy 40 minutes away, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1h00.

Jérémy Super séjour
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le cabanon du Vouan.
Les hôtes ont été tout à la fois accueillants, de bon conseil, et discrets. Le gîte était très propre, construit et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, moderne mais avec beaucoup de charme. Tous les équipements étaient de qualité. Et bien sûr impossible de ne pas mentionner cette vue époustouflante.
Le gîte est très bien situé pour partir en balades un peu partout en Haute-Savoie et les hôtes ont fait un joli travail de recensement des activités et balades à faire.
Nous n’avions vraiment pas hâte de partir.

Je suis ravi d'avoir pu accueillir la famille de Jérémy dans notre gîte et je suis content qu'ils aient pu découvrir la région. La communication c'est très bien passée et le gîte était trés bien rangé à leur départ. Je serai heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau !

Cosy gîte with an impressive view on the mountains. Ideal for two. Well-equipped kitchen including all necessities. Good bathroom, with great rain & regular shower heads. Ample opportunities for hikes and day trips. We hope to come back!

Tout c'est très bien passé avec la famille de Jérôme. Échanges très sympathiques, beaucoup de convivialité, le gîte a été rendu dans un état impeccable. Nous sommes prêt à les accueillir à nouveau.

Berliner Wunderbare Ferien
Wir haben uns in der liebevoll ausgebauten alten Scheune sehr wohlgefühlt.Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen und haben die Unterkunft und den Garten mit dem tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Alles war zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit. Diskrete, aber hilfsbereite Gastgeber, eine sehr erlebnisreiche Umgebung. Viele erholsame Momente im Garten, auch für die Kinder, und eine sehr gute Basis für viele tolle Ausflüge. Sehr angenehm auch der kurze Weg morgendlich zur Bäckerei.

Lars‘ Familie spricht gut Französisch, hat die Region oft besucht und es war eine Freude, sie willkommen zu heißen. Sie sind freundlich, freundlich, diskret und haben sich gut um die Unterkunft gekümmert. Wir sind wieder empfangsbereit.

Very nice fully equipped modern cottage with a great view. Perfect location for a week of walking or cycling.

The welcome from the JdB family was easy. They are discreet, very friendly and the children are adorable. They visited the area and took good care of the cottage. I recommend them 100% and we are ready to welcome them again whenever they want.
