Individual 56m2 Chalet on one level, next to the owners' house, in the Mont-Blanc valley in the Commune of Domancy, near Sallanches and the Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths. Entrance hall with storage space, integrated kitchenette opening onto living room (TV, wood-burning stove), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm, can be made into 160cm beds on request). Shower room, separate toilet. Private parking space.
Garden, balcony and South-East terrace facing Mont-Blanc with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. All included: bed linen (Beds made on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Nearby ski areas: Le Fayet train station 3km for Saint Gervais, Saint-Gervais 8km (Bettex gondola), Combloux 9km. Plaine-Joux family resort 15km. Passy Base de loisirs 3km from the Holiday cottage: summer swimming, go-karting, accrobranche, mini-golf, fishing. Saint-Gervais Thermal baths (Le Fayet) 5km. City of Sallanches 3km, shops in Domancy 1km, Combloux 5km (biotope lake), Megève 11km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25km (25 minutes by car). Hiking in all seasons (from the Mont-Blanc tramway in Saint-Gervais, Plaine-Joux plateau, Chamonix valley...). The Holiday cottage is 100m from a main road.

Stéphanie et Bertrand, cinquantenaires, tous deux originaires de la vallée, aimons la vie au grand air, le bricolage en tout genre et prendre soin des espaces verts, sans en faire trop quand même. Nous apprécions aussi la bonne bouffe et les gens, voire même les gens autour d'une bonne bouffe. Chez nous, la bonne franquette est de mise, qu'on se le dise !

Johan Chalet with view of the Mont Blanc
Great independent chalet, with wood stove and plenty of wood.
The Mont Blanc is visible in its full glory.
Parking next to the chalet, 2 bedrooms, a practical bathroom with shower, all spotless clean .The owner who lives next door is very helpful.
Croissants, bread and newspapers at 5 min by car, skiing is in Megeve or les Contamines Montjoie.

Super séjour nous avons passé 2 semaines c est la deuxième fois que nous y allons l année dernière nous avons passé 1 semaine super accueil des propriétaires très sympathique le chalet super très bien placé quand il y a du soleil c'est magnifique avec la vue sur le mont blanc nous a ons fait de superbe randonnées dans les stations au alentours

Sophie Superbe séjour !
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ressourçant au gîte Le Boitet.
Stéphanie et Bertrand sont des hôtes accueillants et bienveillants, ils ont aménagés leur chalet avec beaucoup de goût, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison avec la vue sur le Mont Blanc en plus ;) juste magnifique !!!
Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter les environs : Saint Gervais à 5min en voiture, Chamonix, Megève, Combloux, Genève...
Nous y retournerons c'est sûre !
