Independent entrance from terrace. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (Tv, rapido sofa-bed offering comfortable 160x200cm sleeping space), bedroom (1 x 160x200cm bed), bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels included. Wifi Internet access. Private terrace with furniture, deckchairs and plancha (view of the Mont-Blanc Massif). Ski locker.
Ski areas of Megève/Saint-Gervais or Combloux 8km away, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 4.5km.
Gîte located close to Départementale 1205, linking Sallanches to Le Fayet.
Lac de Passy 1km away (swimming, mini-golf, accrobranche...). Shops 200m away! (bread, groceries...).

Jojo79 Gite très agréable et bien situé
Nous avons passé un agréable moment pour découvrir la région à partir de ce gîte (Chamonix, Genève, St Gervais, Megève...) et faire des randonnées aux alentours (plaine Joux, glacier de Bionnassay, refuge du Tornieux...). La proximité des infrastructures routières permet de se déplacer rapidement. Le gîte est très bien aménagé et équipé. Les propriétaires sont très sympas.
