A 36m²2 holiday cottage on the ground floor (garden level) of the owner’s Chalet.
Separate entrance from the terrace. Open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (TV, Rapido-style sofa bed providing a comfortable sleeping area measuring 160x200 cm), bedroom (1 bed measuring 160x200 cm), bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilet.
Sheets and towels are included. Wifi Internet. Private terrace with furniture, lounge chairs, and a plancha grill (view of the Mont Blanc massif). Ski locker.
Megève/Saint-Gervais and Combloux ski areas are 8 km away; the Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 4.5 km away.
The holiday cottage is located near Departmental Road 1205, which connects Sallanches to Le Fayet.
Lake Passy is 1 km away (Swimming, mini-golf, tree-top adventure course...). Shops are 200 m away! (bread, groceries...).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is 24 km away (20 minutes).
The owners have chosen to offer a single rate year-round.

Jojo79 Gite très agréable et bien situé
Nous avons passé un agréable moment pour découvrir la région à partir de ce gîte (Chamonix, Genève, St Gervais, Megève...) et faire des randonnées aux alentours (plaine Joux, glacier de Bionnassay, refuge du Tornieux...). La proximité des infrastructures routières permet de se déplacer rapidement. Le gîte est très bien aménagé et équipé. Les propriétaires sont très sympas.
