Independent entrance from the terrace. Fitted kitchen open to living room (TV, rapido type sofa bed offering a comfortable bed 160x200cm), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Sheets and towels are included. Wi-Fi Internet. Private terrace with furniture, deckchairs and plancha (view of the Mont-Blanc Massif). Ski locker.
Ski areas of Megève/Saint-Gervais or Combloux at 8km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais at 4.5km.
Gîte located near the Departmental 1205, linking Sallanches to Fayet.
Lac de Passy 1km away (swimming, mini-golf, tree climbing...). Shops at 200m! (bread, food...).

3/5Le logement correspondait à nos attentes et aux photos proposées excepté son emplacement géographique. Situé en bordure d'importants axes de circulation, il est à déconseiller aux personnes sensibles au bruit (roulement incessant de voitures). Nous avons regretté le peu d'intérêt, voire l'indifférence, des propriétaires résidant sur place: la juste courtoisie due à ceux qui ont se sont acquitté d' un loyer.

Nous avons été très surpris par votre avis car à aucun moment vous ne nous avez fait part d'un quelconque désagrément. Je vous ai téléphoné avant votre séjour pour vous donner toutes les indications utiles et accueilli en vous faisant visiter le gîte. Le gîte est bien insonorisé et calme la nuit. Nous ne souhaitons pas nous imposer auprès de nos hôtes car nous travaillons et terminons tard le soir (même si nous sommes en télétravail). Nous regrettons que vous ayez pris notre respect de votre intimité pour de l'indifférence.
