Facing the Aravis mountain range, 36 m2 holiday cottage on the garden level of the owners' Chalet.
Independent entrance.
Kitchen / living room with fixed 2-seater sofa, Mountain area (2 single beds 90x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room,
separate WC.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs, private parking.
Bed linen provided on request.
Holiday cottage located above the Chinaillon road. Grand-Bornand (3 km), Chinaillon (3 km).
Free shuttle/bus stop 20m away in summer/winter (direct access in 10 min to the foot of the Chinaillon slopes and Grand Bornand center). Hiking from the Holiday cottage, activities and sporting events organized by the Tourist Office during the summer and winter seasons.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires,avec des petites attentions. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec des appareils de qualité. Vue imprenable sur la chaîne des Aravis. La navette au pied du chalet est un plus.

Super prestation.
Les propriétaires sont très sympas, accueillants et serviables.
Ideal pour se reposer. Belle vue. Stations de ski très proches . Navette aux pieds du chalet.

Hervé et Carole Séjour ski 2026 - acte 3
Troisième saison au billon, et toujours aussi satisfaits.Chalet typique, propre et bien agencé (rien ne manque).
Proximité de l arrêt skibus permettant de ne pas utiliser la voiture, quand bien même, notre n hésite pas à jouer de la fraise a neige pour dégager l accès au gîte.
Conseils avisés de M. Ducrocq, acceuil et gentillesse de son épouse.

Famille Talon Noël au Billon
Excellent gîte au Grand-Bornand, parfait pour passer Noël à la montagne.
Nous y allons depuis des années et l’accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux.
