Set in an exceptional natural setting, facing the Aravis mountain range: a 55-square-meter standalone holiday cottage on a single level, housed in a former storage shed that has been completely renovated in a beautiful Chalet style.
Built into the mountain side, the holiday cottage overlooks the valley and offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Aravis mountain range and the treetops.
The holiday cottage features a beautiful living area with a built-in kitchen that opens onto the living/dining area (TV, sofa), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190 cm), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190 cm + 1 bunk bed 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), and separate toilet.
Everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet.
Spacious west-facing terrace with patio furniture (table and chairs + lounge set), umbrella, lounge chairs, and gas grill.
Private parking above the holiday cottage (at the top of the stairs). Storage space for skis or bicycles is available in an adjoining shed.

Mont-Blanc Tramway, 2 km away: a rack-and-pinion train providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (access to numerous hiking trails year-round).
