37 m² Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of an authentic Savoyard Countryside house, fully renovated and maintained over the years by the owners, who also live on site.
Independent access to Holiday cottage via outside staircase. Spacious, sheltered adjoining terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Entrance hall with storage space giving access to the three rooms of the Holiday cottage: a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table; a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin on cabinet, washing machine and WC; and a main room comprising the bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) and a relaxation area (armchairs, coffee table, Smart TV on cabinet).
