33m2 Holiday cottage (studio), on the 1st floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse that also includes the owners' living quarters and another cottage on the garden level.
Separate entrance (access via outside staircase).

The Holiday cottage is laid out as follows:
- Living room with open-plan kitchen: 160x200cm bed, TV, table and chairs, sofa bed (clic-clac), built-in storage.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Separate toilet.

Small balcony with shepherd's table and 2 chairs.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking 30m from Holiday cottage (with possibility of unloading in front of Holiday cottage).

Taninges village center 6 minutes away by car (3km). Supermarket 2.5km away.
Ski: Grand-Massif ski area 11km (Morillon cable car). Les Gets-Morzine 13km (Portes du Soleil ski area).
Family resort of Praz-de-Lys-Sommand 15km away. Cross-country skiing at Sommand or Plateau d'Agy, 14km away.
Hiking in the area in all seasons (Sixt nature reserve). White-water sports on the Giffre (rafting, canyoning, etc.).
Base de loisirs du lac bleu de Morillon 10km away: summer swimming, tree climbing, horse riding...). Samoëns 12km away, Cirque d Fer-A-cheval.
Downhill mountain biking at Les Gets 13km.
